TKI was appointed to evaluate the entire retail Master Plan, proposing a strategy for the CAFBR activation (community, amenities, F&B and retail strategy) for a potential concept identity of the mixed use development 1Wasl.

1Wasl is an up and coming development located between old Dubai and new Dubai, adjacent to the Etisalat tower and Zabeel Park. 1Wasl as a project is a medium to high-density mixed-use community core, comprised of mid to high rise residential, hospitality, retail and office uses.

TKI was responsible for evaluating and programming all community service requirements, retail and non-retail elements to achieve the maximum mixture of services and offers.
